Overview
TB-500 is a synthetic peptide analogue of Thymosin Beta-4 (Tβ4), a naturally occurring 43-amino acid protein. Tβ4 plays a key role in the regulation of actin polymerization and cytoskeletal dynamics. TB-500 is used in research to study actin sequestration, cell migration signaling, and the molecular mechanisms of angiogenesis and extracellular matrix remodeling in cell culture models.
